Troop 23 had one of the best CoH's to date in February of 07.  It was not just the amount of awards and advancement that made this Court of Honor special, but the work, effort and decorum that celebrated the best of what Troop 23 is.   Thanks to all the boys for their hard work and to Tyler and the Moose for the great job they did putting it all together.
