Bayle Mtn. Campout and Hike

October 18-19, 2003

Troop and Pack 23 on a joint mission!  Dan Reidy, Eagle Scout and Teacher in Moultonborough and a State of NH Geologist, Diane Hanley, worked with the WEBELOS to get their Geologist Pin and Troop 23 Boy Scouts helped with Outdoorsman and Forester Pins.  Bayle is right in the middle of the Ossipee Ring Dike, one of the most well preserved volcanic ring dikes in the world.
