James is Troop 23's 3rd Eagle Scout achieving Eagle June 29th 2005.  His Eagle Project was trail work and a massive bridge on conservation land just off route 125 in Barrington, NH

James graduated from Cornell with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (Class of 09) . Last summer (2008) he completed Officer Candidate School (OCS) for the US Marine Corps and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant, and in October he’ll report to Quantico, VA for The Basic School (TBS). During college breaks he has traveled to the Gulf coast to do post-Hurricane Katrina reconstruction, and to Nepal to install water purification systems in remote villages.
