Troop 23 has delegated leadership for key events to various senior scouts in the troop and has it's sign-up rosters posted. 

If you have questions and can not get the event SPL you can still contact the SPL and ASPL with questions.   Since Mike B. will be working GSR all summer Zack L. will act as overall SPL for the Summer Program.
